PAYMENT

The payment methods are available depending on the type of order and your place of residence. ORDERING & DELIVERY

We strive to send your order within 1 working day (after receipt of payment). If you order before 3:00 pm, your order will usually be shipped the same day on business days. You will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. You will then receive a message with the Track & Trace code of your order. This way you know when your order will be arrive.

 

PRIVACY

You can order in our webshop without creating an account. We handle your private information with care, in accordance with the guidelines of the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

 

RETURNS

You can return many items sold on nutraskinshop.nl within 14 post-purchase. Items must be returned unopened and in original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of use. 

You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return to the web store are for your own account. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to us.
